Welcome to diliResume! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the diliResume website (the "Service") operated by diliResume ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Subscription and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

  • Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
  • After your subscription period ends, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of diliResume and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Your Content

When you create or upload content through our Service:

  • You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display through our Service ("User Content").
  • You grant diliResume a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service and improving our platform.
  • This license exists only for as long as you maintain your account with us. Once you delete your User Content or your account, this license will end.
  • We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will not use it for purposes beyond providing and improving the Service without your consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

5. Data Usage and AI Features

Our Service includes AI-powered features that may process resume content, job descriptions, and other data you provide to generate personalized content and provide analysis.

  • We use third-party AI services (e.g., Google Cloud AI / Gemini API) to power these features.
  • Data you submit for processing by our AI features is used solely to generate the requested output for your use within the Service.
  • We do not use your resume content or job descriptions to train our own AI models.
  • Data shared with third-party AI providers is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies in addition to ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall diliResume, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if diliResume has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

diliResume its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

The AI generated content, including resume suggestions, cover letters, and job application guidance, is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome in your job search process.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the user settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law
